- Recap from October Meeting with City of Seattle CTO Michael Mattmiller (Joneil Sampana & Dave Doyle) Potential projects:
- Refresh the Metrolab National Best Practices document with Dave’s new perspective as a Seattle IT staff member
- Support the identification of data sets that reflect citizen engagement for Dave (examples can include social media, voter engagement data, etc.)
- Develop a citizen-centric approach to help prioritize “Opportunity Zones” for the City of Seattle 2018 Budget
- Explore the “salon” concept and host SmartCity “Ignite” talks as a means to educate citizens on trends within the urbanization movement
- Pilot “responsive government” capabilities on CRM; tracking case requests from CTAB through CRM and possibly providing data visualization to CTAB monthly mtgs
